Wich technical tasks can be executed by a customer in a upgrade project from ERP to S/4 in RISE?

Dear experts,

We are planning an upgrade project from SAP ERP to SAP S/4 in SAP RISE in a customer that is hosted in SAP HEC. 

Wich technical tasks can be executed by a customer/partner in a upgrade project from ERP in SAP HEC to S/4 in RISE?

For example, Can the customer/partner execute the principal following tasks?

• Generation of the ERP-Sandbox1, ERP-Sandbox2 and BW-Sandbox systems as a homogeneous copy of their respective production systems.
• Technical configuration in the Sandbox systems to disconnect them from productive systems and connect them to Sandbox systems or with legacies of non-productive environments.
• Execution of the technical procedure for upgrading to S/4HANA (SUM tool) including the preparation and post-execution tasks of the Conversion to S/4HANA guide and the SAP note adjustments of the SPDD/SPAU
• Installation or update of patches and/or notes in SAP systems that may be necessary.
