Why the Storage location field is not in sales order overview tab

Hi Expert,

It's very strange to me that in sales order screen, in orverview screen -> Sales -> All Items, basically we would see the storage location field next to the plant field.

However, I cannot find the storage locaiton next to plant field here, looks like it is replaced by the 'Batch' field. But I can find it when go to item details in 'Shipping' tab.

Does anyone know how it could be this, how to release the storage location here?

Hi Alen,

For this choose Configuration icon at the right most of the line item screen.

Then, a new window will be appeared. Here, click on administrator.

And after selecting "Administrator" you will get the control where you can hide or display the fields.

After making the changes, click on "Activate" and then save.

Thank you very much for your sharing!

I followed your instruction to activate the VBAP-LGORT(storage locaton) field, however, looks like only log on by my account then will the storage location be visible, my teamates account cannot see this field.

My setting is as below, after I saved the setting, I saw 'System variant exists' was checked, I don't know if this is the cause why other accounts cannot see the storage location field but only mine can.

Do you have any good idea to share?

Please try to change it to Basic settings or your can create your own variant with storage location
