Dear all
I see that in the cloud public the functionality of following action ' creation of a sales order' is not available.
Does this means it is not possible to do it? How can we track the delivery of a tool that is send to the customer before the technical arrive on place to process a service?

The follow-up action "Create Sales Order" is unavailable as a standard function in service processing scenarios.
To track the delivery of tools sent to the customer prior to on-site service:
Use Advanced Shipping Notification (ASN) or create a Stock Transport Order (STO) with a delivery reference.
Alternatively, leverage service order integration with outbound delivery, if the process allows, to manage tool shipment and monitor status via delivery documents.
For enhanced tracking or customer-specific logistics, side-by-side extensions via SAP BTP may also be considered.
