Why system shows "No Relevant Change Documents Were Found" Under Changes Tab Details.

We are unable to see the values in the Changes Tab for few changes in the Sales Order. 

System shows "No Relevant Change Documents Were Found" Under Changes Tab Details.

Dear Customer, 

This change/modifications are done in the corresponding documents which are linked to this sales order. Due to that the details are not shown under sales order change tab. 

Kindly check the corresponding documents (Eg: Customer Invoice) and there you will be able to see the change details.
