Why MRP is generating multiple scheduling lines for single date in MM agreement

We have checked by changing the Lot size EX, Planning calendar, MRP type and MRP run parameters . Still system is generating multiple sch.lines.

For some of the agreements its not creating and For some of agreements multiple lines are creating by MRP. Why is that?

Is that a Standard behavior of SAP, where system can generate multiple sch.lines for the single date? Could you please suggest me a better suggestion?

Its just a query from one of user and he is thinking its not a normal behavior.

Yes, MRP can generate several replenishment proposals in the past. Typically, it happens when MRP needs to generate several replenishment proposals to cover requirements in different dates, but these replenishment proposals would have to start in the past, due to the planned delivery time. In this case, MRP runs a "today scheduling" for each one of these replenishment proposals, considering the current date as the starting date and scheduling the replenishment proposals forward to calculate the finish date.

If you check the Stock/Requirements List or the MRP List, you should see different rescheduling dates for each one of these replenishment proposals.
