Why is there no Order field for 933 goods movement via MIGO (replaces MB1A in S4HANA)?

When I try to create a 933 goods movement using MIGO transaction in place of MB1A (Obsolete in S4HANA) I see only one field to enter Cost center and no field to enter internal order.  Why is the Order field missing?  If this is intended, please provide the process that may be used to create a 933 goods movement with an internal order.  See screenshot below where I expected to see the internal Order field in MIGO.

Did you perform an upgrade recently?

Are there inconsistancies for this (custom '9') movement code between OMJJ and direct option SPRO ... Settings for Goods Movements (MIGO)

Try using below SAP Path - 

SPRO > MM > Inventory Management & Physical Inventory > Settings for enjoy transactions > Settings for goods movements (MIGO) > Field Selection per movement type. 

If your field not available, try to add the same in the above path. 

Please check and confirm.
