Why is a Code List based on Custom CDS View not working in Display/Change Maintenance Order Page?

I have created and added a Custom Field that is of type Code List based on CDS View.

The Primary Data source for this Custom CDS View is based off a Custom Business Object.

The Scenario of this Custom CDS View is "Value Help". 

I have successfully published all the above components, however upon adding the Custom Field in the Maintenance Order Page (Display/ Change) thru Adapt UI, it remains to display as a Text Field instead of an option to open the Code List.

I hope you have created a custom field with Business context as Asset Management: Maintenance Order (EAMS_ORD)

The extensibility of the initial screen is not supported for the Display Maintenance Order app.
