Why EO01, EO02 and EOX1 is not available in the configuration activity "Assign Item Categories"?

All these three mentioned document types are not meant to be used in the standard sales order processing, e.g. in the "VAXX" transactions.

Their using scenarios have been listed below, where you can check the detailed usage of them:

• Sales document types EO01 and EO02 are used in scope item Omnichannel Convergent Billing (1MC).
• Sales document type EOX1 is used in scope item External Billing (1Z6).
