Hi All
Sales order schedule line is 'CN' ,so it not show in MD04,
When SO IS CONVERTED to DN, it will then appear in MD04.Is it right?
Why DN will show in MD04 when so schedule line is 'CN'?
Is there any approach to make the DN disappear from MD04 when so schedule line is 'CN'?
Request clarification before answering.

When the sales order schedule line is ‘CN’, it will not show in MD04 1. When the sales order is converted to delivery note (DN), it will then appear in MD04 1.
The DN will show in MD04 when the SO schedule line is ‘CN’ because the DN is created based on the sa...1.
There is an approach to make the DN disappear from MD04 when SO schedule line is ‘CN’. You can access MD04 using a display filter and filter out the shipping notifications 2.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi
DN is created based on the sales order ,so it shoult be not in MD04,althouth it has a different schedule line category but img can't setting not show in MD04 by dn schdule line.
DN is created based on the sales order , so theoretically it should not be displayed in MD04,
even though it has a different schedule line category. However, we cannot configure it to not appear in MD04 through IMG settings.
When the sales order schedule line is 'CN', we will use existing stock to PGI.
If the SO is converted to a DN, the demand will appear in MD04,
which can cause internal confusion as there is no actual production demand at that moment.
How to set the MD04 filter in IMG to not show so with sheduld line 'CN' in IMG?
