Quantity 18 in quality system and 0.001 in Production. Any reason please advise path where to check and all. Both material number is same. Material detail is maintained same to same.

Obviously, because data is different between production and quality. Sorry to say that, but if you expect a better answer, analyze first at your side and provide more information than just "[why do I have] 18 in quality system and 0.001 in Production".
