While uploading the customer name's in bulk using DTW. The names are changed

While uploading the customer details in bulk using DTW the names are changed in sap b1.
for example customer name is "Samrat and Co." but after using DTW customer name has been changed to "Samrat and Co".

How to upload in bulk without changing the actual name that contains characters like dot.

Please post a screenshot of that record in Excel, and another one from the same record in the Tab-delimited text file that you use for actual import. Please open the text file in Notepad.

Hi Samrat,

make sure that there is no hidden character in the name.

Depending on the Importfile (;/tab delemited) it is possible, that the dot runs in the column.

Have a look in the Importfile itself, which Data it contains in which format.

It happens if CSV file is used and there are special characters in the data. 

Please use txt tab-delimited file and avoid having special characters in the data.
