While creating outbound delivery, I get the error " Component not active" Message SIAO_DEL108—any idea how to resolve this issue or any workaround?

Dear Fqazi, could you please provide further information regarding how you created this outbound delivery until the error message you received? Would be better to send us the steps to reproduce the issue to further check this situation inside your system opening a case for SAP Support. The Message Class SIAO_DEL refers to SIAO: Digital Signature Angola (Localization - Digital Signature Angola).

As this error message needs deeper analysis from localization experts, please report a support case under component FI-LOC-CER-AO-LO or CA-GTF-CSC, if not done already.
