Hello,

Since some basic technical and functional details weren't provided, I’ll assume a few possibilities and share questions and directions that might help guide the investigation of the issue:

Funds Management (FM) is active in your system?
Commitment Management is active in your system?
Account assignment objects (e.g., cost center, internal order) valid and active?
There’s sufficient budget available for the assigned fund and commitment item?
Run FMRP_RW_BUDCON to analyze the budget?
Commitment item being correctly derived in FMDERIVE?
The necessary fields (fund, commitment item, fund center) properly derived in FMDERIVE ?
Validate the derivation rules, FMDERIVE or the BAdI FM_COM_ITEM_DERIVE ?
The FM area is correctly assigned in the sales order master data?
Configured to assign a CO object (e.g., cost center, internal order) to the sales order?
Using CO-PA? KE4W, KE4I active and correct?
VOV7 marked as relevant for CO posting?
OKC9 to confirm the correct integration of SD to CO?

Yes, funds management is active

Yes, commitment management is active

Account assignment objects (e.g., cost center, internal order) is also valid and active

The requirement is for SD processes not to check for budget availability

Since FM and Commitment Management are active but budget availability checks should not apply to SD processes, you need to exclude SD documents from FM integration or suppress budget checks specifically for them.
