Which user should I place in the SAP Corporate Group (CCC) S-User option

Please indicate what type of user should be placed in the SAP Corporate Group (CCC) S-User option, the administrator user was placed, however it gives us an error

You mentioned an error message, but didn't include a screen shot of it or the text that described the error. We're missing some important context, so it makes responding a little difficult.

The "SAP Corporate Group (CCC) S-User" area in the Landscape Management app should only be filled if you are trying to import Cloud Services associated with another Customer number in your CCC group.

As per KBA 3070306, the user should be a technical communication user for the CCC, not an Administrator.
