Where can I find the non stock item catagery in service order?

Dear all,

I can't find the table related to the link between the product type, item category group and item category available for Service Order.

We need to use the non stock item category in solution order. The list in help sap provide this item category but we have no visibility of it in the system.

Please help to understand what are the actions to do to be able to have the non stock item category in the service order.

Dear Ingrid,

To activate the non-stock item category in a Service Order for a Solution Order in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, please ensure the following:

- The material master has the correct Product Type and Item Category Group (e.g., “LEIS” for services).

- The necessary item category is included in the Item Category Determination logic (accessible through SSCUI 102630, if available).

- The relevant scope items (e.g., 5D2) are activated.

If the item category remains hidden, please raise a ticket with SAP
