Where can I find quality inspection record that tied with Purchase Order?

I'm MM buiginner and would like to find QM information that tied with one PO. In my understanding usual purchasing needs to quality inspection after items are received. So I think PO and QM information is able to tied. Does anybody let me know which T-code and tables that is able to find it?

Goto QA32/ QA33 > select Dynamic Selection > select Procurement node > select Purchasing Doc. > input POs > execute.
