Where can I find My inbox comments and attachements

Dear community,

We have a flexible workflow for purchase requisitions, and we want to understand the use of comments and attachment in my inbox for this workflow. 

Also, we want to know where we can find these comments and attachments because they are not in the purchase requisitions.

Hi Juan:

1- The comments that you enter using the note/comment icon in the inbox, only goes to the next approver.

2- The comment that you enter after approve/reject the PO, goes to the PO and you can find that on the PO screen under the approval details.

3- Attachments only stays within the inbox and only goes to the next approver.

If you want to refer back to what has been commented and attached to the workflow after the approvals completed, you can always go back to your outbox to check the comments and attachments in the particular workflow.

Hi Junaid, Which version of My Inbox shows the comments entered by approver 1 visible for approver 2.

Hi Junaid,

Is there a way that we can save these comments that you enter using the note/comment icon in the inbox to PO Header text in ME23N -> Header text?

These comments do get saved somewhere. Can you share how to retrieve them?
