Tests were performed with various controlled scenarios using the MRBR transaction, it does not update the RSEG table, it does update the CDHDR,CDPOS tables, a Note 394370-Release blocked invoicesMRBR was found, the Reports mentioned in the note were executed without success

That is probably correct.  When you post a Logistics Invoice and accounting document is posted which drives the payment process.  The original logistics invoice document is not involved.

When the payment block is removed using the MRBR transaction it is removing the block from the accounting document item.

You means there is a record of changing RSEG in CDHDR but the invoice still blocked?
