Hello there
The question about an equivalent to customer hierarchy from on-prem has been asked and answered a few times. That is, where do I find customer hierarchy in S/4HC? Answer: it's not there.
But there doesn't seem to be a clear view on what should be used to meet this requirement.
Is the answer to use another SAP solution (like C/4) to map customer structures and relationships?

Customer hierarchy is unforeseen at the moment in S/4 Hana Cloud, hence not supported.
Currently there is no alternative solution to support this.
