Dear Members,

.

I am developing a report based on table MLCD. I am not able to understand the function/usage of the Field UNTPER. This field has been used in many function modules with default value of 000. I am not able to locate documentation on this field.

Can any one please share their comments with respect to above field.

Regards

Satya

Hi,

In the relevant tables, CKMLPP, CKMLMR, MLCD, you may find the field UNTPER, this is an internal number that means only one entry for each CKMLCPAVR.

With UNTPER + period + fiscal year the CKMLCPAVR the system identifies the entries for AVR in the tables.

Hi Waman,

Thanks a lot for the reply. This was very helpful.

The entries that I am seeing in MLCD/CKMLCR are in the following manner:

a. There are two entries for every Fiscal Year/Period Combination for UNTPER: 000 and 003

b. For two periods the UNTPER value was 000 and 001. 003 was absent

c. The Single Level and Multi-Level differences are shown in row where UNTPER <>000.

d. The Logic of values 000, 001 and 003 is not understood.

Will it be possible for you to comment/help on how this value is determined?

Hi Waman,

I think the Starting point of Field UNTPER is CKMLRUNPERIOD.

If I start my selections based on this table, I can linkup other tables easily,

Here I am finding Values UNTPER = 002 also. However, these have deletion indicators. Hence this value was not visible in other tables.

Thanks for your help. Your comments were very useful.

Thanks and Regards

Satya
