MVER-GSV01, MVER-GSV02, ... fields keep consumption quantities of a material in a plant in subsequent periods. Period depends on the value of MVER-PERKZ field:

• P - fiscal period according to fiscal year variant
• M - month
• W - week
• T - day

I believe, I've already explained - GSV13 is the consumption quantity in the 13th period.
