Hi folks,
when I am trying to open a attachment in a vendor invoice which is cleared in year2005. It gave me a message saying " this attachment/invoice has 0 pages to display" and when i checked the details of the attachment, it is in archived status.
After how many days these attachments will be archived. Is there any time period for these attachments ? which team will handle this archive activities.

Hello @Former Member, this depends on company policy & strategy like how much old data needs to be archived. It is not something fixed in SAP.
Archiving is normally taken care by BAIS/ILM consultant in project while taking support from functional consultant to perform necessary testing.
