What is the reason why the system state I0270 WCRE is triggered?

When SAP places a production order, the order cannot be released due to the system status of I0270 WCRE in the first operation. But I don't know what caused this state to be triggered, does anyone know?

在sap下达生产订单时，由于第一道工序里面有I0270 WCRE的系统状态导致订单无法下达。但是不清楚是什么原因导致这个状态被触发的，请问有人知道嘛？

check the work center of the faulty operation. Display the status via CR03 --> Extras --> Administrative data

Also:

• check the setting of OP45
• check the setting of BS22 transaction for "I0270 - WCRE Work center until release" double click  and check if release is allowed.
