What is the difference between NB and RV document types for PR. Does RV is subset of NB

I am checking on the PR document types and found that in RV document there are outline agreements in link purchase requisition- document which is there in NB as well. What is the difference between NB and RV document types for PR. 

While creating PR with RV document there is no field to input agreement

Document type NB is for standard purchase requisition. It has all type of Item category.

Document type RV is for outline agreement It has limited item category and It will be used to only outline agreement.

If you are having problem to create rv document type PR so you need to check Pr document type setting

go to IMG- MM-purchasing purchase requisition and document type

Thanks @MohdRashid. Should RV is used only to convert RV PR to contract because for RV there is no contract agreement field available at item level

Yes it will be used to convert Contract and schedule agreement
