What is the best choice for integration?

I have a scenario where the customer has either SAP B1 or else SAP S4HANA backend systems. The requirement is to somehow extract data from these systems so that they can be used in 3rd party reporting tools. For example, an automated job will run nightly for the transaction mb51(materials management) transaction. This report(or at least the data from the report) needs to be integrated to 3rd party reporting tools like, for example, Power BI. Which of the following options would best help me achieve this -

1. SAP PO

2. SAP CPI

3. ODBC Connectors

4. DVW

5. Some other tool...?
