Hello,
I'm wondering exactly what is included exactly in the self-service procurement license. Specifically which apps/actions can be executed by a user having only this "light" license?
Create/manage PRs? Enter confirmations? Create/manage quotes? Do GR (on PR, PO or inbound delivery)?

To get the apps related to self service procurement you will need to activate the apps in catalog SAP_PRC_BC_EMPLOYEE, that can be found with roles SAP_BR_EMPLOYEE_PROCUREMENT or SAP_BR_EMPLOYEE. you can find the documentation for the apps searching for SAP_PRC_BC_EMPLOYEE in fiori library: (Categories --> All Apps for S/4 Hana Cloud -->All Apps --> Search for SAP_PRC_BC_EMPLOYEE)
