Please see below the explanation to the configuration step 'Set Up Partner Determination for Sales Document Header' (ID 101288):
You can convert the keys, that identify the partner functions in the original German system, to language-specific keys. The converted keys then appear according to the language in which the user logs on to to system.
If you work with multiple languages in your system, you must define language-dependent keys for the partner functions. For example, for the ship-to party, whose SAP key (internal key, in German) is "WE", you can define "SH" as the English key. As a result, the system shows "SH" for the ship-to party partner function when the system logon language is English.
For more information please see the SAP Help documentation Partner Control in Master Records and Documents.
Please refer to the Partner Function Conversion dialog structure for the respective partner function keys in your system.
The 'Partn. Funct.' column shows the SAP internal two-digits partner keys.
The 'Partn.Funct. (Language-specific)' column lists the language specific partner keys defined for the specific logon language in the column 'Language'.
The 'Output Parameter Determination' app uses the two-digits SAP internal partner function keys.
