Hello! I recommend that you get more information at SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM. Your question can have a littel bit different answers for the different delivy models of your SAP S/4HANA solution, (on-premise, Cloud Public or Cloud Private).

The ASAP method is now called Activate. It is an evolution on ASAP and links in to the new Best practices that are available.
