What are the date formatting option(s) that we can use in Form template maintenance in SAP ByD

Observation :

We have maintained the "Maintain Document Name" property for the purchase order template with the below in the

(Application and User Management - Form Template Maintenance) view.

PO [ID] - [SellerParty-FormattedName] - [BuyerLastChangeDateTime]

With this we are able to produce the output document name to as PO 99999 - Seller Name - 2019-12-20T11:14:12

We actually want to have the date format to be YYYY-MM-DD only and not the full date time stamp.

How can we influence the date format in this case ? I could not see it obvious in the give documentation.

SAP By Design community's help and guidance will be appreciated.
