What are included in Backup?

Hello

I want to ask. How to properly backup SAP server and run it to another server. Currently our company SAP server is installed in Virtual environment (hyper-V). And when i backup/restore the database does it include all the functionalities that are currently running?

but our SAP is sql database driven. What im actually asking are what are included to the backup file of SQL?

For example the crytal report layout.

Hi Dect,

Crystal Reports layout files are stored in the SQL database. So if you restore a DB, the report layouts will be there.
