We have an issue with the De Minimis calculation implemented last year. An employee lives and works in WV since Jan 1, 2023. In September the employee moves out of WV, but continues to work in WV. The employee is now a non-resident so wt /TWD starts to accumulated days and WV withholding stops, even though it should not. When the employee hits 31 days as a non-resident, WV tax is now taken back to Jan 1, 2023. Tax had already been withheld for the first 9 months and now BSI is withholding for that same period again. BSI states the employee should never have been sent to TaxFactory with as a non-resident. Feature 10EET does not able to handle this situation. Any solution?

Steve,
In addition to feature 10EET, you also need to implement this BAdI HRPAYUS_B_BSI_EMPLOYMENT_TYPE. Check this blog for additional information - https://blogs.sap.com/2023/01/05/non-resident-de-minimis-withholding-calculation-criteria/
Thanks,
Mitesh
