How to public analysis view for all user?
Scenario, I have make 1 User define query in web client. I want all user or some one user can access

I hope I understood your question properly.

In general, you can open a query as a list view > save it as a public view and set it as the default view for the query.

This way all users who are authorized for queries should be able to access it.

Yep, I have follow it. But have small issue. When I save as title It only appear user currently. Can apply it for all users without repeat save as title. Beside that any solution copy page setting to another user.

re your follow up question:

Currently "Saving as Tile" is supported at user level only - as you noticed yourself.
