Web Client not able to open attachment and attach document

Hi Expert,

Customer is using SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA (10.00.191) FP 2202 (64-bit)

On webclient page, when try to open pdf attachment, it give error as below;

When i try to upload document via webportal, it keep loading endless.

This is the attachment folder and i have mount this folder as below;

What else do i miss?

Dear SuHsiang 

Please ensure that attachment and pictures paths are configured correctly - follow the steps  7.2.2.1.2  and 7.2.3 of Administrator's Guide for SAP Business One 10.0, version for SAP HANA to set up it and try again.

If the issue will still persists, please check in latest version 10.FP2405

Supported since 10.0 FP2208 Webclient. Please check.
