Web client is not working SAP Business One

Dear all,

Web client is not worked. While click on Web client under admin module then it's show error like Web client is not installed. If we are using SAP via browser then it's working fine but need to run SAP on Web Client Module.

I have attached services snap for reference purpose.

Is there anything missing here?

Can you please try to reinstall web client?

1. Uninstall SAP Business One Web Client via Add/Remove programs (Control Panel → search for SAP Business One Components Wizard → Uninstall → Select Web Client component).

2. Rename the folder SAP Business One Web Client from "C:\Program Files\SAP".

3. Clear browser data including cockie, cache, history etc?

4. Reinstall web client via \\..\\B1100_PL2111\Packages.x64\ComponentsWizard

Please check if issue still happens.

I have tried with above mentioned steps but issue is not solved.  

Again same error , I am facing while open Web client from Administrator module.
