We have a WBS element that has a material consumed in it. After the consumption, the costs in the WBS Element are settled to fixed asset. Later, the WBS Element status is set to CLSD but when the post closing step of the material ledger is executed, the WBS Element gets settlement from the material ledger due to revaluation of consumption. As I know status CLSD should disable all postings. Is this a standard of SAP?

Go into the WBS status screen and you can see what business processes are blocked, send a warning, or allowed. It shows what effect the combination of statuses have.
