Want download SAP business one 9.2 with PL 04

I am trying to download SAP Business one setup patch level 4 but unable to do that.

It's saying "it's processing" after that nothing happening.

Kindly assist.

all Business One application issues can be reported to technical support via the SAP Business One Launchpad and one of the team will handle it.

If you are unsure how to access/use this please contact your local product expert who will be able to guide you on any on-boarding you may need.

Dear Mohammad, that should of course work well. have you tried another browser? I've just seen today that some other applications as the launchpad had temporary problems. if the problem persists please report an incident. just as a side-question, why do you have to download such an old version of the software? I tried with another browser and that worked.

We are using this version only in our organization.

For other application issues, where should I report ?

I am new for SAP so just need your help.
