VPN Speed SAP DC (RISE Base Option)?

Hi,

does anybody know the speed of the VPN connection within SAP DC (ROT) when ordering RISE BASE Option. There are no infos in any PCA slides or sheets. For Azure it is 650Mbit/s, but there are no details for SAPDC. Can anybody provide info?

Hi,

The VPN port speed in ROT is 1Gbit/s but we offer no SLA on this.

The actual speed you can obtain is less. VPN infrastructure is shared and traffic is using the public internet, so no guarantees.

I also had this question.
I asked this question via email to the PC3 team and got the answer below, it was a bit contradictory since the connection to SAP-DC is through IPSEC VPN.
