The Netweaver and Remote Desktop have both VM status and Software status active. But S/4HANA is showing software status failed.
Initially the HANA VM was 256GB and when I increased to 512 GB it suspended the VM. The status looks as follows
Why.
What needs to be done
I tried with a new appliance today still the same response.
Need a quick help - the latest screenshot looks like -
Why S4HANA is failing every time - is the system down in SAP side?

Hi WritwikIERPA ,
According to our log files the main reason for the VM status is that you have requested more vCPU capacity than your current vCPU limit of 44 allows for the instance bucket that the specified instance type belongs to.
You could adjust your quota and then to try again. It could take some time for the changes to take effect.
Please also note that the number of used by you vCPUs has been calculated as an sum off all vCPUs of your SAP Cloud Appliance Library appliances and also of these, started directly via the Cloud provider Console.
For more information, see our FAQ -> How to increase your AWS Service quotas? question.
Best regards,
Tsvetinka
