VLPOD Over delivery Quantity not allowing user to post. T. Code VLPOD

VLPOD is not allowing to do the Over Delivery Qty.

As per the Business requirement we have done the system configuration with over delivery and under delivery concepts, under delivery is working fine but over delivery not allowing to post the over delivery Qty.

Step to perform:

1. Sales Order

2. Out Bound Delivery

3. PGI (687 moment type)

4. VLPOD.

Thanks for the inputs,

As i mentioned in my earlier email, this issue happen in between Sales Order to Invoice (VA01 --> VL01N --> VL02N --> VLPOD) at the time of VLPOD transaction system not allowing to post the over delivery Quantity.

Thanks for the response,,

Configuration as below:

1. Customer Master & Item Category POD activated

2. schedule line Moment types (687 & 601) maintained

3. Over delivery and Under delivery reasons were used standard (for over delivery tolerance % maintained in customer master)

4. we have used standard copy controls

5. Delivery Item Category configuration (Over delivery activated)

Note: Under Delivery is working fine, but not the Over Delivery.

Error Message:

Deficit of Sales order st. blkd 0,100 MT : 1301001 DM01 T
Message no. M7021

You have not shared the full information with what settings you have currently and what error message system was triggering.
