VL150 and VL367 error while creating return delivery

Hi SAP Guru,

I am getting below errors while creating return delivery. Can anyone guide me, what is the controlling parameter for this error in case of return delivery?

VL150 - Only 0 EA of material XYZ available

VL367 - An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted.

S/4HANA: I have the same Problem with some normal sales orders(not all). The products are available but I am not able to issue the outbound delivery. It´s really interesting, that a few hours later, if I try again, I can create the outbounf delivery. I didn´t change anythig, just that some time has passed. Has anyone any ideas?

If your process is batch related, then, you may have to implement the code corrections as recommended in OSS note 2268075

Check what schedule line category is flowing in that return sale order. Go to VOV6, select that schedule line category and see that all fields are blank as shown below

I presume, currently, they are ticked

I have checked, these fields are not ticked.

There must be some other parameter which is restricting to create delivery.
