Vl02n Delete outbound delivery issue, Error message VL494

Hello ,

I have issue while deleting an Outbound delivery in VL02N t-code

The PGI has been reversed the picked quantity is made ZERO as well.

and all billing Documents are cancelled . Even then i get an error saying Billing document Exist .Message below

Message no. VL494

Diagnosis

A cancelled billing document already exists for item 10. If you delete

the item, it will be very difficult to reconstruct the business

operation which leads to creation of the billing document and the

relevant cancellation document

I searched in many threads but not getting a correct answer . please help.Thanks!

What is the correct answer that you expect?

And why did you cut the long text of the error message and herewith hided the solution which is clearly outlined there by SAP in the last sentence, even with a hyperlink directly into the customizing

I understood what to be done. but i do not want to change the customization . i see there is some inconsistency in the Outbound delivery hence the issue. is there any program to fix it. Kindly help. Thanks!

This info is just to generic to recommend a program for a fix. Describe the inconsistency.
