Visibiliy of delivery block

Hi,

SAP Business ByDesign!

if a customer order has a delivery block eg. automatically set by the credit limit - is there any way to inform people about this? Any way to activate some kind of work flow?

Hi Klaus,

If you configured Credit Limit and you reach the Credit Limit:

1. System will automatically notify you for the Delivery Block when you create a Sales Order as shown below:

2. If you want to receive E-mail/Notification then you can configure Workflow Rules:

Go to Application & User Management WoC --> select Workflow Rules --> click New --> define your Condition --> Activate.

I would have a look at the workflow rules for "sales order". (Application and User Management).
