Virtual Sloc - Return Invoice

Hi SD/MM Experts,

Good Day!

I have a scenario where the Sales Invoice - 10 items. After the actual delivery in the port, only 8 items where put on the ship and 2 items where left in port. Since returning to the warehouse of the 2 items will consumed high cost, the business is holding the items in the port for the meantime until the next delivery.

The Business wants to have a Virtual Sloc where they can process a Return Invoice the 2 items so that they can also monitor all items left in the port. Is it possible to have a different Sloc (Virtual Sloc) when processing the Return Invoice?

Order >> Delivery (Sloc #1) >> Sales Invoice >> Return Order >> Return Delivery (Sloc #2 - Virtual Sloc) >> Return Invoice

Hello Michael Angelo Reyes,

Yes it's feasible. Make a new virtual storage location, assign to plant, extend your material in virtual storage location. Finally at the end time of return delivery change virtual storage location and do PGR.
