Virtual asset and non- inventory item cannot add on the document simultaneously on Sap business one

Dear Experts,

I have a wonder that Sap Business One Hana ver 10 does not accept to create a document (not crate accounting) such as Purchase request with the virtual asset and non-inventory items at the same time.

I don't clear why the system runs like that.
