Version of PO changes and sequential print in PO form

We have a requirement to print the PO form and if any changes happen it should be version 1 and if again some change happen and the form is printed again it should print as version 2.

As of now it just prints Purchase order and in case the PO is changed it prints Changed Purchase order as text in the Header of the form.

3351140 - Version Management for Purchase Order or RFQ - SAP for Me

 Unfortunately as per above KBA we don't have it currently for PO.

 However you may create a custom field and add the same to output form.
