Vendor Delivery Calendar?

Dear folks,

Is there anywhere in the system that allows me to configure vendor delivery settings?

For example, vendor A only deliver on Monday, Wed and Fri and Vendor B doesn't deliver on weekends. Can I set this up in SAP such that during replenishment run, it will take this into consideration when working out the delivery date?

Dear

There's no standard functionality to control Delivery based with weekaday.

I suggest that you should use scheduling agreement with your vendor.

Then you can control GR date and time in SAP

Transaction code is ME31L & ME38

At first u should make your agreement to use ME31L

and after that you can make your delivery schedule to use ME38

Hi, How can you ensure delivery date of vendor falls under weekdays only and not weekends. Gr date are configured week2, week4 which is working fine.

Now delivery date of  vendor by standard considers GR processing day as well.

GR processing 6 days 

SA delivery date 20.04.2025

MD04 GR date 26.04.2025

Available date 07.05.2025

This can be done through the usage of time-phased planning functionality.
