VBFA for Service Contract in S4 Cloud

Hi,

Do we have a CDS view that is the same as I_SDDocumentMultiLevelProcFlow but for Services?

We need to get a relationship between Service Contracts and the credit memo issued. So something like a VBFA table but for Service Contracts.

I was checking the SD view

https://api.sap.com/cdsviews/I_SDDOCUMENTPROCESSFLOW/details

and it seems that service contract number is available as Preceding document. I guess that you should be able to find the link.

By the way, some weeks ago S/4HANA Cloud Developer team created the blog "How to Consume CDS View I_BillingrequestItem- business Case : Adding Service Contract Dates to .... This view contains the BDR's per service contract items. Maybe it can help you as well.

No, service contract GUID and service contract number are two different fields. I think you can find the their relation within CDS view I_ServiceDocumentEnhcd.

Hi Sheila,

Thanks for raising this question. Could you please have a check if CDS view I_ServiceDocumentSuccessor can fulfill your requirement? By restricting service document UUID (Service contract GUID) and service object type (BUS2000112), you can get the relevant successors including credit memo.
