Variant Configuration in S4 Public Cloud

I would like to understand more about Variant Configuration in S/4 Public, specifically whether is there any basic scope ID that does not require a license for us to utilize?

The Scope Items available in S/4HANA CLoud are listed on the Process Navigator at the resource https://me.sap.com/processnavigator/SolS/EARL_SolS-013/2408?region=DE

The Advanced Variant Configuration scope items like 2TT , 2XU have the tag 'This Solution Process requires additional licenses '

There is no Scope Item for AVC that does not require an additional license

Noted on the AVC. However, I am also wondering if S/4HANA Cloud has any offerings or scope items only for basic conventional VC?
