Variant configuration for MTS(Demand and Safety Stock)

I have a configurable material with strategy 25, working as expected in sales order.

I need to have MTS for the same material code.

So far, I have tried:

1. strategy 56 and 89 in configurable materials.

2. Strategy 70 and 40 in variants

3. Routing is created, PV is there, Production BOM have 3 configurations and 2 static BOM items

4. Cross customizing in MRP 3 (Configurable material and variant and planned variant)

5. requirement generated through safety stock and Forecasting

6. Maintained Quota

7. Maintained configuration probability in MD61

So far, I have not yet succeed in creating requirement with MTS. I have searched posts related to MTS, applied the same, read SAP config and maintenance instructions.

CU50 showing no errors, config working fine with sales order, I can conclude the config is working as expected with sales order.

1. FG Material :

Procurement type : E

Strategy 56 / 89

Assigned class 300

2. RM :

Procurement type : F

strategy : 40 , 70 , blank
