Dear Members,
I have below table in SAP B1 where I am putting Budget against each project code.
Then my system is allowing to issue POs maximum to this budget value. System restricting us to issue POs upto budget value.
My question here is, How can I add additional columns in this table where I can see, POs of how much value have already been issued, and what is balance budget against each project.

Request clarification before answering.

You Can create additional column from User Defined Management option, Path is as per below:-
Tools->Customization Tools->User Defined Field-Management.
Under the "Master Data" Category you see Project Codes. Under this you can create the desired fields..
Rather than creating the fields, I suggest to create a report. It will full-fill your requirement.

The form in the screenshot is not a standard form, adding a new column depends upon different factors e.g how the current form was developed by add-on or in SAP Ui.
The best thing is to please consult with your Partner or an SAP consultant who can review and share appropriate solution.
